When I first saw this building in the northern suburbs of Blois, I thought it was covered in graffiti, then I realised it was an African take-away.
Lorsque j’ai vu ce bâtiment dans la banlieue nord de Blois, je pensais qu’il s’agissait de graffiti, puis je me suis rendu compte que c’était un restaurant africain avec des plats à emporter.

Quite unusual!
ET ALORS TU AS PRIS LE RISQUE ?
Had I not known I was reading your blog, I would have assumed it was in Africa. The buildings aren’t quite the usual french architecture.
Further to the crocus discussion. Click on this link for some awesome shots of them in the UK.

Sorry it will have to be copy and paste.
@William – Yes, I thought it was too.
@Damien – C’était trop tôt !
@Helen – This is the sort of architecture you get in more recent low-income housing areas. I don’t know what the restaurant building was initially but it could have been a community hall.
