Covid Deconfinement Stage 2#11

When we first bought our house eight years ago the first thing we planted were four raspberry bushes, to produce fruit in June, July, August and September, as raspberries are my favourite fruit after mangoes. These are the September ones but we didn’t eat them the first year because we didn’t realise this is their colour when they’re ripe. For some unknown reason they have matured early this year.
I got my Covid19 test results back today and they are negative although several people have told me they are not reliable. At least I can sleep more easily tonight knowing that I am going to keep getting better (mostly only tiredness left) and won’t have to go into quarantine. I still don’t understand how I caught a virus at all.

Very glad you continue to feel better….yes, there are false negatives, just like there are false positives. I’m hoping yours is a true negative and that you will feel better and better. Viruses are just out there all the time….and most of the time we get by just fine. Here’s hoping the raspberries tasted as you hoped…not the “red” we are used to, but you can never tell.

Thank you Judith. I’m feeling much better today. The golden raspberries don’t taste quite as good as the red ones but they are still good. The red ones should be along soon.
