You may remember my post last week showing a sad-looking Santa at Blois market. This week there was a new very jovial Santa but there is a sad story behind the change. Since the first Santa started the job early December for the third year running he has been the victim of so many insults and complaints about having to respect a safe safe distance from children and not distributing sweets that he ended up resigning. The new Santa is an actor. I think it is an edifying example of how people blame others for a situation they can’t accept. What sort of société do we live in?
Vous vous rappelez peut-être mon post d’il y a une semaine d’un père Noël triste. Cette semaine il y avait un nouveau père Noël très jovial mais l’histoire derrière ce changement est bien triste. Depuis que l’ancien père Noël a commencé ce travail pour la troisième année de suite il a été insulté et même menacé à plusieurs reprises par des personnes qui ne supportaient pas qu’il leur a demandé de respecter les gestes barrières et de ne pas distribuer de friandises aux enfants. Il a fini par démissionner. Le nouveau père Noël est un acteur professionnel. Je trouve que c’est un témoignage édifiant de personnes qui tiennent les autres responsables d’une situation qu’ils n’arrivent pas à accepter. Dans quelle société vivons-nous ?
