Paella is a traditional dish from Valencia in Spain based on short-grain rice and mussels which derives its name from the pan used to make it, but it’s been popular in France for a long time now and can often be found at the market. We also saw our friend Sire Damien who makes those delicious Grouets biscuits. He has a new sort made with figs. Delicious!

I’ve heard of the dish elsewhere, though I have a bit of an aversion to seafood.
Looks yummy ! Did you take a box home ?
@William – Yes, you wouldn’t like it if you have an aversion to seafood!
@Stuart – No, I didn’t take any home because I’m still trying to pretend it’s summer!
