I had a few candidates for ths month’s City Daily Photo Theme Day of stylish but this is the only one Jean Michel and I agreed on. This neglected corner is in an 18th century private park near Gien For other entries, click here.

Quite a pretty spot!
I have got a weak spot for the Loire, ever since I went there on my honeymoon. Good picture, fine atmosphere. Cheers, Peter
yes this is stylish … sad to see the chair has been damaged but the set is so clean and brilliant white they look like they have been cared for … happy theme day
Too bad. It was a lovely chair once!
I love this image LDP, the gorgeous dappled light through the trees is tres appealing, only in France oui 🙂 Excellent choice for the theme.
Very stylish corner in a romantic garden, beautifully captured in that gorgeous light!
Lovely setting for this table and chairs.
It’s a charming shot and definitely suits the theme!
i really like this scene!
It is a beautiful spot. Good choice.
@William – first as usual! Thank you.
@Tilburg Daily Photo – Nice place to have a honeymoon.
@Denton – yes, their brightness is surprising.
@Halcyon – wasn’t it just?
@Grace – the light in France is unique, isn’t it? I can remember the first time I set foot in Paris. I could understand why Impressionist painting developed here.
@Merisi in Vienna – would you believe there was a peacock but he was over the other side.
@Tanya Breeze – Very inviting, isn’t it?
@EGCameraGirl – thank you!
@Stuart – Jean Michel will be delighted when he sees all the comments.
@Lauren Kennedy – thank you very much.
Very pretty both the place and the garden furniture.
Thank you.
You’ve made a great Theme Day post. I’m glad you decided on this to share with us.
Thank you Lynette!
