Est-ce que tu les manges? Ils sont comestible je crois, mais je n’ai jamais les essayer.
Do you eat them? They are edible I believe, but I’ve never tried them.

Absolutely edible and very tasty. You remove the stems and fry the whole caps in a little olive oil. Et voilà!
