The amusing thing is that this restaurant with its painted façade in Mindelheim in Swabia in south-western Germany is Greek, which appears to be the second most popular ethnic restaurant in Germany after the Italian pizzeria.

Given the large Turkish population in Germany I’m surprised it is Greek cuisine that is so popular.
It’s strange, isn’t it? Maybe in the north of Germany, but definitely not in the south.
An appealing spot to dine in.
Yes, we chose the restaurant for its outside appearance then discovered it was Greek! At least I got to eat lamb chops for the first time during our holiday.
