The pretty little town of Montrichard is about 30 kilometers south of Blois and stands on the Cher River, beneath the ruins of its 11th century mediaeval castle.

Thank you. We have had stunning weather for over a week. Today, it’s not so wonderful, though some sun just peaked through the clouds. Much warmer today too – up to 8°C as opposed to -1° at the same time on other days.
