None of these mushroom are edible unfortunately, but they make a great composition! Aucun de ces champignons ne sont comestibles malheureusement, mais j’aime bien leur composition.

Winter is coming closer and closer with the last leaves of the Virginia Creeper, red berries on the holly bush and flowers on the viburnun tinus. L’hiver s’approche à grands pas avec les dernières feuilles de la vigne vierge et la présence des baies de houx et le laurier thym fleuri.
This pigeon house with its blind window is at Château de Villesavin. I can’t imagine why it would have had a window though. Ce colombier avec sa fenêtre aveugle se trouve au château de Villesavin mais je ne sais pas pourquoi il y avait une fenêtre.
I took the long way back from Onzain today i.e. I got lost, and came across this amazing garden in Chambon sur Cisse which I can only assume is a leftover from Halloween. Note the fruit on the tree.
