This rare dovecote with its spiral ladder inside is just next to the 16th century Château de Villesavin. Ce rare colombier à pied à échelle tournante se trouve à côté du château de Villesavin qui date du 16ème siècle.
Chenonceau is a ladies’ castle, built in 1513 by Katherine Briçonnet, decorated by Diane de Poitiers, extended by Catherine de Médicis, saved by Louise Dupin during the French Revolution and improved by Marguerite Wilson Pelouze in the 19th century!
