Chenonceau never fails to delight us. This is always my favourite view from the walking/bike path on the south bank of the Cher. Chenonceau ne manque jamais de nous séduire. Celle-ci est toujours ma vue préférée prise depuis le chemin de randonnée/cyclable sur la rive gauche du Cher.
I have already posted photos of other post mills,particularly the Saint-Jacques mill, but the Agrémonts windmill is my favourite. It’s just near Bléré and not far from château de Chenonceau. Since it’s navigable, the Cher attracts even more boaters than the Loire! Here we are at Montrichard, near Chenonceau which is also on the Cher..
